Check in begins at 3pm at your lodging location, Monday, June 14, and check out is by noon, Thursday, June 17, 2021. You will receive your lodging room assignment before you arrive on campus via e-mail from the Provincial Office. We will commence Provincial Council with dinner on Monday starting at 5:00 pm. If you have time between your arrival and dinner, please feel free to explore the beautiful grounds and stop into the Training Center to visit the ACNA registration table.
We are so happy to have this beautiful and serene location for our meetings this year. Here is a link to The Cove website so you can explore the campus and their policies before you arrive: The Cove Please do not call them directly for rooming information. All questions about lodging or meetings should be directed to Pam Norris at the Provincial Office 724-266-9400 x100 or email [email protected].
The cost of registration for the meetings is built into the lodging rates. This event is designed as a time of retreat as well as business.
Provincial Council is the only meeting that may be selected as a non-delegate/member. The Executive Committee and College of Bishops meetings are closed meetings and you may not register for those meetings unless you are a member, an invited guest, or a spouse.
Members of Executive Committee and The College of Bishops can expect separate detailed communication about their meetings and schedules directly from the Archbishop and the Provincial Office.
Exhibit Tables are limited and will be by invitation only. The Provincial Office will be extending those invitations very soon. Please do not reach out with requests.
Please contact Pam Norris, 724-266-9400 x100, after registering, about any special requests or needs that you might have that are not covered by the registration questions below. We want to meet everyone's expectations for a time of refreshment, as well as important business, given that you all sacrifice your time to the Province for the Lord's work. Thank you so much for your willingness to build the work of the Anglican Church in North America!
Lodging Information
All rooms have 2 queen-size beds and private bathrooms. There are no TVs in any of the rooms.
The rooms are equipped just like modern hotel rooms (hairdryers, shampoo, etc). The wifi works great and you can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc., in your down time or connect to your cable provider to watch live television.
Lounges in the lodges provide coffee, tea and soft drinks 24 hours a day. Fireplaces and comfortable couches and chair groupings make lovely spaces for small gatherings for early morning bible study.
Please arrive no earlier than 3 pm to check into your room on your arrival date. Check out is noon, June 17th for Provincial Council and 3 pm June 18th for College of Bishops.
The entire campus is alcohol and smoke free.
It will not be a problem for spouses to attend for one meeting and not another (for example a bishop's wife to only come for the College of Bishops). If that is the case, select single occupancy for Provincial Council then double occupancy for College of Bishops.
****Please register all persons that are staying in the same room together on the same registration. You will have the opportunity to add a second person to the registration after finishing the first attendee.***
Virtual Attendance
Because we are committed to an in person meeting, we can not offer a discount for virtual attendance for US citizens. If you must attend virtually, select the single occupancy rate. You will be assigned a room unless you check off the question, "I am joining the meeting virtually." Please answer that question, "yes." If you are unsure if you can attend in person, then wait and keep your room assignment until you know for sure.

Asheville Regional Airport is the closest airport to The Cove (35 minutes). Allegiant, United, Delta and American Airlines have service into Asheville Airport. The Charlotte Airport is a two hour drive. Transportation to the Cove will be your responsibility.
