On Campus housing will be offered on a first-come first-served basis on the St. Vincent College Campus.
On Campus Housing Information
On Campus Housing for Attendees, except for the College of Bishop, is SOLD OUT. There is a waiting list.
On campus housing is in a traditional dormitory, rooms with two twin beds and hallway bathrooms. Housing will be divided into women’s floors, men’s floors, and married couple’s floors. Bathrooms will be designated men’s or women’s. Bathroom showers are in stalls, so there is privacy. If you select double occupancy, you must designate one roommate when you register, which must be of the same sex, unless you are a married couple. Both registrants must indicate each other on the form. We will not be arranging roommates. Please select all dates that you require on campus housing.
On Campus Housing for The College of Bishops
On campus housing for bishops is mandatory during the Conclave and is included in your registration fee for the College of Bishops Meeting. It is not mandatory once the Conclave is over and you are free to stay in a hotel after the conclave. This housing is "suite" housing (our intention is to house you with a private bathroom). This on campus housing is open to bishops if you are member of the ACNA College of Bishops and will participate in the College of Bishops Conclave Meeting. (Otherwise you would select the housing not specifically for bishops and wives). If your wife is attending, please designate your spouse as your roommate when you register double occupancy. All single bishops should select single occupancy unless you specifically arrange with another bishop to share a suite (each having a private bedroom but share a bathroom) and designate each other as roommates. Otherwise, single housing will include a private bedroom and private bathroom. Select all dates that you require on campus housing and use the "Bishops & Spouses" categories only.
Information for all On Campus Housing
Bed linens, a blanket, a pillow, towels and wash cloths will be included. You are welcome to bring your own if you wish. Bring toiletries, hair dryers, appropriate attire for the hallway to go to the bathrooms in the traditional dorm, flip flops (for showers) and anything else that will make you feel comfortable.
Each guest will receive a key and a card. The card gives access to the building and pod, the key gives access to the room. There is a $25 fee for a lost card and a $75 fee for a lost key -$100 total if both needs replaced. This will be charged to your credit card on file if you do not return these at checkout, and you cannot return them to Saint Vincent in time to avoid a charge to the Province. There are no rooms available on Friday, June 28th on campus. Everyone must be checked out by noon that day. There will be drop boxes available for cards and keys.
Both dorms are air conditioned. There is no handicapped housing available on campus but there are elevators.
***For Double Occupancy Housing, both occupants must pay for housing. The rates are for each person.***
If you would like to be added to the waiting list for housing, please choose either the Provincial Council plus Assembly option, or the Assembly only option.
The rates are $75/night single occupancy; $75 for Provincial Council and $225.00 for Assembly Single Occupancy.
Double Occupancy is $60/night; $60 for Provincial Council each person and $180 each person for Assembly.
